You sent money or a payment, and now you’re concerned it might be a scam.
- Stop communicating immediately.
- Do not send additional money.
- Report it right away.
- Email fraud@ufcu.org; or
- Call (512) 467-8080 and choose Option 5 → Option 4 → Option 2.
Important: Some payments (like Zelle®) are treated like cash and may not be reversible.
