What if the Transfer to a Non-UFCU Member recipient doesn’t know the answer to the security question?
The recipient must contact you for that information. UFCU does not have access to answers that you created.
The Mobile app may not recognize login credentials, causing lockouts. Close the app fully and relaunch to restore access.
