Can I set up my username and password on the app to be the same as what I use on a browser?
Yes—in fact, you’ll create one password that is shared by Online Banking and the Mobile app to use across all your devices.
The Mobile app may not recognize login credentials, causing lockouts. Close the app fully and relaunch to restore access.
