What if the store doesn’t have a contactless checkout terminal?
Your contactless card also has a chip and a traditional magnetic stripe that can be used at checkout terminals that do not have contactless options.
The Mobile app may not recognize login credentials, causing lockouts. Close the app fully and relaunch to restore access.
