Qualifying Activities

To qualify for a $10 virtual gift card, you must complete the survey by Friday January 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Or submit an original handwritten 3” x 5” card without charge or obligation with your name, mailing address, email address, phone, age, and Member account number, if applicable (all information must be included to be considered a valid entry), to “Your Voice, Your Future,” Attn: Lester Alvarez PO Box 9350, Austin, Texas 78766-9350.

Complete Terms, Conditions, and Restrictions

  1. No purchase is necessary.
  2. ELIGIBILITY OF PROMOTION. UFCU membership required. Members must have a valid social security number. Any Member who completes the Preference Survey from Tuesday December 16, 2025, 12:01 AM Central Standard Time (“CST” through Friday January 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST will receive automatic entry. Individuals must be 18 years or older and a U.S. resident to qualify for the drawing. Employees, Board and Committee Members of UFCU and their immediate family members residing in a single household are not eligible.
  3. Alternatively, To enter by mail, submit an original handwritten 3” x 5” card without charge or obligation with your name, mailing address, email address, phone, age, and member account number, if applicable (all information must be included to be considered a valid entry), to “Your Voice, Your Future,” Attn: Lester Alvarez PO Box 9350, Austin, Texas 78766-9350.
  4. PRIZE. UFCU will award three (3) virtual gift cards valued at $10.00 each.
  5. ODDS. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Some restrictions apply. No substitution of prize permitted.
  6. Entry and eligibility for this prize promotion is based upon one completed survey per eligible Member. Entry will be based on one name per person; and regardless of whether the information for this drawing is actually provided. The winners will be selected by random drawing on or about Thursday, January 8, 2026. Arrangements will be made with the winners for the pick-up or delivery of the prize. The prizes will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules.
  7. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion.
  8. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
  9. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.
  10. ADDITIONAL TERMS. By entering the drawing, the winners agree to be bound by the drawing rules and all winners, members of any winner’s household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by UFCU, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the UFCU and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Winners’ full names and hometowns may be used for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.
  11. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win the Drawing: volunteers, independent contractors, and employees of UFCU, and all of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, in-laws, and/or the household members of each). The Drawing is intended solely for viewing and participation in the United States where allowed and must be construed and evaluated solely under federal, state and local laws.
  12. DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in the State of Texas; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Texas for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Texas, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
  13. The winner will be notified via phone or email on the corresponding drawing date reflected below. To claim the prize, winner must respond to phone or email notification within three (3) calendar days, or the prize will be forfeited. In the event the winner is unable to be contacted, the winner’s timely response is not received, or the winner declines the prize, UFCU reserves the right to choose an alternate winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries no more than three (3) calendar days after UFCU becomes aware of the forfeiture. All decisions are final and are at UFCU's sole discretion. Each prize will be awarded by a random drawing of all eligible entries.
