System Update to Digital Banking

We have made a required system update to Online Banking and our Mobile app to serve U better. Mobile app users must launch the Mobile app and log in again with their current credentials, including username and password. These enhancements are part of our ongoing efforts to improve your digital experience. We appreciate your patience and your membership.

Mobile app users: Please consider these tips to minimize the disruption:

  • Launch the Mobile app.
    1. Select your preferred login method.
    2. Click Ok in the Register window.
    3. Click Log in to complete this process.

  • If you forgot your Username or password, click Forgot username? or Forgot Password? on the Online Banking Log In Page. You may also follow the instructions outlined in these Passwords FAQs.

  • If you a get an error message, please visit your app store and ensure you have the latest update. You might need to delete and reinstall the app. You will not lose any of your personal banking data by reinstalling the Mobile app.

  • If you’re locked out of your account, please schedule an appointment at your preferred branch, or call Member Services at (512) 467-8080 or (800) 252-8311.
