UFCU Plaza Event Center | 8303 N MoPac Expy, Austin, TX
We are pleased to host our annual meeting on April 7, 2025, which will include an election for three places on the Board of Directors. Please note that as of April 7, 2025, our Board will have nine directors. Members may join us virtually or in person.
Board Chair Laura Kilcrease appointed a Nominating Committee led by Molly Beth Malcolm. They have nominated Cale McDowell, J.D., Thomas Miranda, and Kathryn Moreland, M.B.A., to serve as UFCU Directors for three-year terms.
UFCU Bylaws permit other nominations by petition. To nominate a candidate for the Board, you must submit a petition, signed by 500 qualified Members, and include a statement of qualifications for the nominee with a signed certificate saying they approve the nomination and will serve if elected. The petition and all required documents must comply with UFCU Bylaws and election rules and be submitted to the UFCU Director of Assurance Services by 5 PM CST on January 20, 2025, at [email protected]. A formal election will be held only if there are one or more petition candidates. If there is already a candidate for each open position, there will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
If you have any questions or need more information about the election process, including how to get UFCU Bylaws or related documents, please reach out to the UFCU Director of Assurance Services at (512) 997-2348 or email [email protected].
