Our Representatives Are Standing By — UFCU Your Way

While you can almost always manage your finances achieve most of your banking needs remotely, sometimes you need to talk to a representative. Learn the circumstances under which a phone call is your best bet.

The credit union motto is “Not for profit, not for charity, but for service.” You’ll see that reflected every day at UFCU. Now, more than ever, we’re here for you. Our goal is to give you whatever you need on your journey to financial health, as quickly as possible.

First, we’d like to make sure you have every tool at your disposal for managing your finances. Consider enrolling in Online Banking, automated Phone Banking, or download the Mobile Banking app to keep your finances at your fingertips. These are the easiest ways to manage your money securely.

While you can achieve most of your needs remotely, sometimes you need to talk to a representative. In particular, call Member Services under these circumstances:

  • You need to report concerns about account or credit card fraud
  • You would like a member relief loan or to skip a payment
  • You need to stop payment on an ACH withdrawal
  • You have questions or need help setting up any UFCU service
  • You’d like to set up an in-person appointment

Sometimes, reaching out to Member Services is the right call. But did you know calling is not your only option? There are three convenient ways to reach us.

Reach Out via the Mobile Banking App

Tap the menu icon (the three horizontal lines at the top left of the screen) and scroll down to the heading Contact Us. Below that heading, you can tap “eMailbox” and then tap the icon for composing a message (the square with the pencil at the bottom right of the screen). Select a category that describes your question, type your question in the box, then hit send (upper right corner). We’ll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

Reach Out via Online Banking

Click the icon for eMailbox (the envelope icon at the top right of your screen) and send a secure email to Member Services. Or click “Help & Support” in the menu bar. You will see a new screen with FAQs, and a link to email Member Services. We’ll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

Reach Out via Automated Phone Banking Services

While using our Phone Banking system, you can push “0” on your phone’s keypad at any time. Your call will be transferred to Member Services. Because you’ll already be logged into the UFCU system, the Member Services representative will have your account information at the ready, saving you valuable time.

With so many ways to reach Member Services, you have the freedom to manage your money however is most convenient to you, but still reach out whenever you have a question. Make the most of your valuable time and the resources available to you, whenever your money is on your mind.
