UFCU is introducing refreshed designs for select personal and business cards. Your card still works the same, and there’s no need to order a new one.

What’s Changing
You will see an updated card design in:
- Online Banking
- The UFCU Mobile app
- UFCU communications and signage
Note: All Members will see updated card designs in Online Banking and the Mobile app, even if they still have an older physical card. This visual update does not change your card number, account access, benefits, or how your card works.
What’s Staying the Same
Your card will continue to work as expected.
Your account information, access, card functionality, and benefits are not affected by the updated design.
Why Does My Card Look Different in My Mobile Wallet?
Digital wallet providers display card artwork based on information provided through the card network. Because of this, your mobile wallet may show the standard UFCU debit card image even if your physical card has a different design.
For example, if you have a UT debit card, your mobile wallet may display the updated Personal Debit Card design instead of the same design shown on your physical card. The design shown in your mobile wallet does not affect how your card works.
