UFCU Announces Paul Koller as Chief Financial Officer
AUSTIN, Texas, September 2, 2026 – UFCU has promoted Paul Koller to Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, recognizing his strategic leadership and contributions to the credit union’s financial strength and organizational effectiveness.
As CFO, Koller oversees all Finance and Accounting functions and plays a key role in advancing UFCU’s financial strategy and long-term performance. He will report directly to UFCU President and CEO Michael Crowl.

Koller joined UFCU in 2023 as Associate Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2025. During his tenure, he has expanded his leadership across key financial functions and helped advance initiatives that support UFCU’s long-term performance and stability. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to UFCU’s values have contributed to the organization’s continued progress.
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Koller brings extensive expertise in financial management, risk, controls, reporting, and strategic planning. Before joining UFCU, he held financial leadership roles managing global teams and complex financial operations.
Koller holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
